Great service staff. The restaurant there Latitude 41 has great food. I really like the option that they have there for the breakfast buffet. Beds are very comfortable the Suites are very spacious. Also the valet service is quick and provides great service as well.
We stayed here for the New Years party. Nice place. Very good staff. Room is nice. Only reason why I would not give it 5 stars is because the wifi is not free. I do not think anybody should have to pay the $12 for wifi. It should be included for free. I do not think you should have to be a rewards member to get it for free.
Attended my company Christmas party last night and i was thrilled with everything. The beds and sheets were awesome. They were very accommodating and helpful. Staff is pleasant and courteous. My one tiny drawback would be, that it was freezing in the hallway on the 4th floor however i just went to my room where it was cozy and comfy. Loved my view and enjoyed my stay very much.
Very nice hotel with some unique features. Towels were as soft as the pillows.
