What wonderful luxurious upscale hotel in Downtown Columbus! Excellent concierge lounge and restaurant (Latitude) and great view if the downtown
We come every April for convention. Staff is always friendly. Disappointed that the escalator was not working (again) for convenience of getting to conferences from first floor.
Best hotel stay I've ever had. By far. Very pleased with the service. The grounds and housekeeping are top notch. Location is right in the heart of downtown Columbus.
Great staff and excellent service. Close to restaurants and attractions in the downtown area.
