Yordi is the best employee that you have. This would have been a lower rating, but she saved our experience.
This place is way over priced and they treat you like trash. I booked a king room with a king sized bed over 3 months before my cousins wedding. I get there and the room they give me is a standard room with 2 queen bed. I called the front desk to see what happened and to see if I could be moved. They proceeded to tell me that they over booked and gave all the kings to their club members. That is unfair to non club members when I booked well in advance of my stay. Got off Priceline. Glad we didn’t pay full price because there is no way it’s a 4 Star hotel with cigarette burns in carpet and the furniture in our room was worn & scratched. Very noisy and could hear everything. I’ll gladly stay outside of the city next time. Basically forced to use valet as there are parking.
Beautiful hotel, but the bathroom is a little small for getting wedding ready. Bed is very comfy and the suites have good flows. The thing that really bothered me was not being able to check in until 5pm when check in was 4pm. Luckily, my husband (fiancé at the time) got into his room prior so I could get ready for our rehearsal dinner. If not, we wouldn't have made it! We blocked off rooms & booked 9 months in advance so I was really upset check in wasn't until 5pm.
