I thought the hotel was very nice in lobby and areas around it. The hallways looked somewhat outdated on the 16 the floor and the room was pretty nice, but nothing special. The valet was all pretty helpful for the most part. The concierge service at the hotel lacked hospitality. I was told we could get coupons for restaurants and stores nearby, although, when I asked if they had coupons, I was never given any. Overall, it was a pretty good stay in a decent area.
One of the finest hotels in the state of Ohio. Very friendly staff, very accommodating, and super clean rooms.
The hotel, banquet and valet staff were all amazing.
The room was nice the staff was wonderful. My family and I had a great stay.
