Things are handled in a professional manner, and respectfully. I have tsken my car there since I have bought it from reliable, and the friendly and employees make it great to come back and get serviced. Free donuts never hurt anybody while you are waiting either!

I just purchased my 2016 Chevy Cruze, which was my first car from a dealership, with the help of Bryant Boyd. My old car broke down on me and had me in a pressing situation for a new one. I can not thank Justin, my salesman, enough! I went in to look at a car they had online, but it had already been sold. Justin brought out a 2013 Nissan Sentra that would only cost a little more per month than what I originally planned for and I fell in love with the car. I signed for that car and I honestly probably wouldn't have even thought to look at a Nissan had it not been for Justin and I can't thank him enough. Great Experience today! Went into Reliable Chevrolet just looking around at cars & had a very nice salesman help us out! Thank you so much Dean Ross for being so nice & helpful! We love our new car! Crappy 1 hour service has taken 2 hours and 40 minutes to me that is crap
My car had a random cylinder misfire, the service dept. replaced an O2 sensor and spark plugs. After having my car for 2 days, "they say" it is low compression on #4 cylinder. Low compression will absolutely not cause of the very poor performance I am experiencing. I called and spoke with the service manager who was no help at all. Also the plug wires were left out of the rails that keep them protected and out of the way of external moving parts. Laying against the fan housing is obviously not the place for them.
