Service Department is the worst I’ve ever had! Terry made appointments twice to get bed cover on and both times parts not in or wrong parts! We live about a hour and half away. Also says takes about 2-2.5 hours, has taken 4-5 both visits. It doesn’t matter to him or the Manager that it’s inconvenient for us or takes all day to get serviced. I bought a brand new Malibu here over a year ago and regret it every day. The single worst car buying experience of my life. I felt tricked and lied to the whole time and should have walked alway. They are classic sleepy car salesmen who care nothing about you and all about the money. I was sold a brand new car with a chip in the windshield they knew about, then promised to fix it and never did. It’s over a year later and still chipped! DO NOT buy fro here! On top of all this I was lied to about MANY things!
Disappointed with my first experience with this dealership. With all the positive reviews I'm shocked to even have to type this up about the business. Shop there if you like, but how you treat people, and how honest they are is more important than a warranty you will have to hope the dealership will uphold if a problem arises.
