It took forever to get a sales rep. We went in with preapproved financing, cash in hand and they still insisted on running our credit; that they could get a better number. Of course they couldn't and hurt our credit in the process. They wouldn't even let us sit in the car to make sure my 7 foot tall husband could even fit before we filled out their finance paperwork. Jeff Romans was great in assisting me in finding a car. I've had one experience before and it was at a buy here pay here place when I was younger, more naive, and desperate. I entered Reliable Chevy on guard and wary. Jeff, thank you for immediately making me feel like you were on my side. It meant a lot and now I have a white 2011 GMC Terrain that I love. Just bought my first new car from The Big Lot! Brandon was an amazing car salesman who didn't hesitate to help us with anything we needed! Big Dave was wonderful with helping us with the financing portion of it! Both men were absolutely wonderful in helping me and my family buy my first new car!
Started that late afternoon by saying I didn't want to pay more than a certain amount monthly for a vehicle. I said I wanted an SUV, but if my number was unreasonable I would definitely look into getting a car. We looked at one SUV and I didn't like it. Brought out another, it was a 2015 with 40,xxx miles.
