Service Department is the worst I’ve ever had! Terry made appointments twice to get bed cover on and both times parts not in or wrong parts! We live about a hour and half away. Also says takes about 2-2.5 hours, has taken 4-5 both visits. It doesn’t matter to him or the Manager that it’s inconvenient for us or takes all day to get serviced. It doesn’t matter if cover is needed for trip for Christmas. We were told no problem we will get it done for you. Over 30 inquiries on our credit score you guys didn’t pay off our vehicle yet so now their is a late payment and we have 2 make two payments on it now your sales manager doesn’t return phone calls lied to us said the check for the car was being sent to capital 1 over night called talked to someone else they said the check was never sent because the deal hadn’t gone through you guys are straight F$?$ing us right now and playing games I don’t buster stand your tactics of lying. I bought a brand new Malibu here over a year ago and regret it every day. The single worst car buying experience of my life. I felt tricked and lied to the whole time and should have walked alway. They are classic sleepy car salesmen who care nothing about you and all about the money. I was sold a brand new car with a chip in the windshield they knew about, then promised to fix it and never did. It’s over a year later and still chipped! DO NOT buy fro here! On top of all this I was lied to about MANY things!

Disappointed with my first experience with this dealership. With all the positive reviews I'm shocked to even have to type this up about the business. Shop there if you like, but how you treat people, and how honest they are is more important than a warranty you will have to hope the dealership will uphold if a problem arises. Darren, who is mentioned a lot in these reviews, flat out lied to us about a truck. We live an hour away. Saw a truck we liked online, so we called at 300 pm just before leaving to look at it.
