. Bought a 2013 Equinox for 13k. with warranty. Got it off the lot, a few months later the oil was completely empty and knocking. Turns out the pistons and rings were bad at the time of purchase. At first we were told we would have to cover this charge of about 3100 dollars, but after a few phone calls and some patience the upper service management got involved and they have replaced the engine in the car with an engine that has fewer miles. Just bought a 2017 Impala from Jack Spencer. He did a great job working with us though I was disappointed in the amount they offered for the car I wanted to trade. Ended up pulling it from the deal. Am happy with the car and with Jack's service. I feel he really tried to get to where I wanted to be.

Never again will I deal with Reliable Chevrolet, there name does not hold true, Reliable they are not, after pre approval on a vehicle they told me I had qualified and all was good to go, took off work because they had to have me come in with my trade. Once taking off work I went to see them got there only for them to tell me the vehicle I was looking at they had just sold.
