We had the most amazing time looking at cars last Saturday, with no intention of purchasing one! Randy P ended up spending almost the whole day talking to my husband, letting him test drive 3 different cars and made the process so easy that we ended up purchasing one from him. He was so patient and worked so well with us that we can't wait to go back in a few years and buy another from him! Thank you Randy for your time, patience and the great deal you gave us! Update:::: after keeping vehicle overnight, they advised the concern i had was a known common concern that was normal to the vehicle, they did not charge me anything, so that was a plus,, i came up with a fix, by purchasing a small led light and Velcroed it to the dash, aiming it at the sensor on the dash, this way the sensor has plenty of light during the day, to keep the console lights bright enough to see. Even though I didn't get to strike a deal today I was beyond impressed with the service. I have never been helped by a salesman who was so knowledgeable and hard working. I just bought a 2017 Chevy Trax and LOVE it! My salesman Jeff Roman has been dealing with my family for a while and has been amazing!
