Went in for an oil change, great service. The only negitive I have is that it seems like the staff rushes you in and out! I don’t feel like they take the time to listen to any other concerns you may have as you drive into the service bay. Very friendly staff, though!
Originally, I had rated reliable at 5 starts due to having such a great experience all around. However, I would not purchase a vehicle through reliable again nor would I recommend anyone else too either. We purchased our vehicle on the 20th of February and have finally received title work today. 28 days later. Leaving us 2 days to title it in our name without getting a penalty. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Worst experience. Ever. Period. We contacted them for a new truck that they had special rebates for. After speaking with someone they were confident they could make it work with the numbers we had in mind. Considering trade etcc. The morning of the appointment we had arranged they called and told us they had sold the truck. We had already started our 4 hour round trip. We told them it was okay we weren't far from home.
