Absolutely poor customer service! Received the wrong colour which I had concerns about before applying due to the sample on the tub looking off. Messaged customer service with a picture to which they replied to advising to apply the microcement and the real colour will come through. Once applied, my concerns came true, the colour looked like bright magnolia and nothing like the image sample they use. UPDATE: Since my review below, Relentless have sent me a bunch of flowers to apologise for the service so I’ve added another star. The flowers are nice but it doesn’t change what I’ve said about being cautious with their customer service. They were just loose tubs of product, not clearly labelled, left at my home. Had problems with sending the product out to the job and it was wrong colour so my client had to pay for more of the product when it was relentless fault. Customers service was terrible asking about the product when being on site and not getting the answer. Shocking experience.
Extraordinarily helpful team. Well worth a visit for their expertise and advice. Professional through and through.
