By far one of the best massages I have ever had! My husband and I both had an appointment with Helen and she was so accommodating, knowledgeable and kind and the massage was excellent! Highly recommend her if you are in need of relaxation.
Helen is a terrific physio. Her massage gets to the pain quickly and she understands how to nurse it along. Very professional and courteous. Having had massage across the globe I have to say this is one of the best. Relaxed. Informal. Knowledgeable. The Relaxation Studio is a lovely space, warm and cosy. What a find!
I just had a very relaxing massage from Helen. She has a peaceful presence and the setting was tranquil and cosy. Her experience and knowladge was obvious as she knew exactly where to focus on and was very considerate in explaining and going over everything with me before hand. Will come back again, thank you!

Helen is everything a massage therapist should be. She listened carefully to what I described, made sure she had all the background info she needed and explained everything really well. She knew exactly how deep to go and where all the tender points were and made sure I was comfortable at all times. When I left I felt100x better than I did when I walked in. Would happily go back again and again!
