Julia, my counsellor is the best I ever had. Very professional, make me feel very comfortable and open to discuss my problems. I had 3 sessions so far and I can see myself being a different person. Highly recommended.

Some months ago I was going to start to use this service. It’s all about your money and not a thought of peoples feelings. I payed near hundred pounds to start a process the woman never phoned at time stated . I got in touch was told it had been cancelled not by me. Then had a later call it was supposed to be around an hr. I got 35 mins. In that time we talked about mostly of the tings that I had previously set out before they take you on. It’s an expensive con. No value for money it’s take your money. Don’t recommend.

Absolutely amazing staff here, starting immediately at the front door from the smiles and re-assurance of the office staff to meet and greet with my councillor John. All making me feel at ease with a few work assist appointments, helping me to initially just talk through my problems offer support, encouragement and general advice with a few small opinions thrown in too.
