Absolutely awful, deceiving advertising practices with rude customer service that make solving problems futile and even more frustrating. Knox street pottery barn is the WORST. So rude and demeaning towards customers.

I’ve placed 2 order through Mark and Graham, both times they have just cancelled the order without any notification, I just happen to find out online the order is cancelled when checking status online. Their customer service is was extremely rude and unapologetic about it and was never able to provide a response as to why. Absolutely unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

I also would have left a zero if I could! TERRIBLE customer service and they have been holding refund money of mine since 1-9. Received a blanket - which was more like rope for Christmas. It was a gift, so I sent it back. Rather than just credit the original form of payment like every other company, after 6 different e-mails and calls, they finally say they will send a check? What?? Today is 1-20 and I still have not received the check. They said I would have it by the 13th, I complained again that I still did not have it by... read more

I ordered a Willie Bird Turkey through Williams Sonoma sometime in October for my Thanksgiving celebration with 12 guests. Tuesday before I checked status and it said not shipped. I spent 40 minutes on the phone and while I had an opportunity to by a cheap turkey that night in our small town grocery store, I was convinced I had not a worry in the world, was even sent an email by a supervisor promising that I would be receiving my turkey no later than 3 PM on Wednesday. If I could give a zero, I would. I am appalled by the lack of customer service. I have always loved sending their products as a gift at the holidays. I sent one this year, on Dec 19, and it still hasn't delivered as of Jan3. I took the initiative to call UPS and initiate an investigation to find the package after Williams Sonoma told me to just wait that it would be delivered that day. Problem is, each day, it says it will deliver that day since Dec 27! I tried to explain this, and the customer service agents became very rud... read more

I have never been so disappointed and tricked by a company before this experience. I purchased the ******* crib for my child through a Pottery Barn Kids store. Later the conversion kit to change the crib to a toddler bed was gifted to us. Although the same product name was used, the conversion kit no longer fit that model crib (this information is based on communication from Pottery Barn's manufacture). Had our wedding registry on here. All was fine except for a dish set that one of our guests for back in February 2019 with an expected delivery date of May 2019 (back order), which then got bumped to June. We ordered another set in June and received it within 2 weeks. Called W&S and their answer was that they cannot do anything to get us the product because the ship date is still in the future (their 3rd party supplier was shifting the date back and back). Do NOT buy from this company. This is easily the worst shopping experience I’ve had in the 20 years I’ve had a credit card. I ordered an item for Christmas on November 3 and after multiple phone calls and emails of nothing but getting the run around, it’s now the days after Christmas and I still don’t have it. I called numerous times and asked to speak to a supervisor (but never actually spoke to one) and kept getting told that it was shipping any day. BUYER BEWARE! Do not shop here! I ordered a sectional sofa back at the end of August and STILL have yet to receive it. First, my couch had an expected delivery date of 10/14-10/28 being that it was custom fabric. Along with it, I ordered a dining table that did NOT require customization.
