I will never shop with Pottery Barn again... I purchased an accent table online, that was the first problem. (It was free shipping) I returned in the Huntington New York store, they were the rudest and snobby women that my daughter and I have ever encountered in a retail store. They gave me a receipt for the return but it was less the amount I had paid for it. I told them and they said it was already done and I have to call customer service. In August, I placed an order for my dining and living spaces. When the gray chairs were delivered via UPS, one was defective; it had to be replaced. When the media console, the coffee table, and the dining table were delivered via home delivery, each was defective, each had to be replaced. When the replacement coffee table base came via UPS, I had to assemble it myself. When the replacement console was delivered it was assembled incorrectly. I ordered a couch from Pottery Barn/Williams Sonoma. I waited 8 weeks. It was damaged upon delivery. They are now failing to tell me what actions they are going to take.

Zero Starts. Ordered a bunk bed for my daughter about two months ago. I have had multiple delivery appointments in which they delivery team was not prepared or did not have the proper items. Only half the bed has been delivered. They forgot the ladder and part of the bookshelf and hardware. Either the delivery driver or the customer service rep lied to me- because their information conflicted themselves and did not match up. TERRIBLE quality control. Ordered a Merry & Bright Advent Calendar as a gift for my daughter in late October. First one received, they ran out of thread on the personalized name (last letter). Called and they did a refund and re-order. Received the second one on Nov. 7th. Opened immediately and a complete letter was missing from the "Merry Christmas" wording. DO NOT EVER GET A POTTERY BARN/WILLIAMS SONOMA CREDIT CARD I asked for a Pottery Barn card in August, 2018 to get both rewards and the signing discount. I spent $12,000, accruing $550 + $880 dollars in rewards. On December 24th, 2018 my card was charged $3400 out of the store in Miami where I had used the card once. They canceled the card on the 26th. 3 months later they restored the $3400 and sent me a new card. None of my points were on it. Another 3 months and they finally restored my points, expired. Stay away from ONLINE SHOPPING WITH ANY OF THEIR BRANDS. I cannot stress strongly enough how awful a company this is. When shopping online at Mark and Graham last week, I experienced a glitch in the process of completing the order. Within a minute of placing the order, I discovered that they had set my "default shipping address" to be someone other than me. Ordered a lockset for my front door. They sent a righthand lockset when I ordered a lefthand set. I called them and they told me that the lefthand sets were backordered for two months. But promised they would send at that time. Two months and more passed. I called back. They told me that my order had already been filled! It seems there was no record of my previous call.
