I feel very disgusted to have to write this email, as I never foresaw this situation happening to me. Today, while visiting Williams Sonoma at the ******** ******* ****** ** *******, Arizona at around 4:35pm, I experienced abhorrent behavior from the assistant manager. I emailed the general manager and haven’t heard back. I came to the store to buy the Breville Waffle Maker for my family. While browsing through the store for other home items, she followed me very closely. I was interested in a throw for my home and wanted to... read more

This company has terrible business practices. I received a defective chair and had to stay on hold for a total of 4 hours to get a return scheduled. You cannot do it online for furniture. The first person I spoke to was after 2 hours on hold. She was very nice but said she had to transfer me. Another 2 hours and 15 minutes on hold before someone answered. This was not a cheap chair. I understand delayed answering times during the COVID 19 times, but that was ridiculous. Other companies are managing to conduct business in a r... read more

Bait and switch delivery dates. Complete fraud. Still waiting for these dopes to update delivery address. There’s something not right with this store. They must be in financial trouble.

I ordered a two piece sectional sofa from a West Elm store on February 10, 2020. The estimated delivery window was given as March 26- April 9. I was billed on March 28, indicating that the item had shipped. The delivery window passed and I received no communication regarding a delay in shipping. When I would track the sofa online, it would show it was "awaiting other items in order". I finally called the third party delivery hub and they informed me that they had received only half of the sectional and the other piece was an... read more

W-S uses Comenity Bank to run its Rewards Program. This is not transparent to the customer. I had an issue with a Rewards Certificate and contacted WS. After much delay, I was referred by email to contact Comenity Bank. After several failed attempts and much time spent on hold, the Comenity rep, after again placing me on hold several times, advised me the time had expired on my certificate and there was nothing they could do. I believe the WS program is designed so it is too difficult for customer's to cash in. The handoff b... read more

I have been buying from Pottery Barn for 30 years. Up until recently, it has been my go-to company for quality, long-lasting furniture. In April I purchased the Parkview Reclaimed Wood Coffee Table. It was beautiful when it arrived. A week later it had scratches marring the surface. A month later and the top is completely covered in scratches and every time I sit at my couch I feel incredibly upset. We don’t wear shoes in the house, have pets, use the table for eating. The only thing we put on the table is books and sometime... read more

Husband purchased a Vitamix in store ahead of my birthday. Store closed a week later b/c of Coronavirus. I didn't want the Vitamix, so we called W-S asking how to proceed with a return and refund. We were told to ship it back and the credit card would be refunded. Six weeks later and we still have no refund. W-S says that their policy is "if it's bought in the store, you need to return it to the store to get the refund; otherwise they issue a merch card for the amount paid." The stores are CLOSED, we have a RECEIPT, and we w... read more
