Nice Product, very poor customer service I purchased a table runner and 6 placemats (a 4-pack and 2 single placemats) on line at Williams Sonoma. Part of the order arrived and i was pleased with the product. The 4 pack of placemats were on back order, so i wrote and asked them to change the 4-pack to 4 single placemats (same cost ) and they never wrote back!! I called 2 weeks later and was told i could order the 4 and pay for them, but wouldn't know if they were back ordered until AFTER the order was placed. Now the product ... read more

Said my order was being shipped when in reality it was back ordered. No communication from them alerting me to the delay and now my wife doesn’t have her anniversary present. Terrible service

I ordered and paid for 5 pieces of modular office furniture in May. It is mid-July and I still don't have my furniture. I've been on the phone with customer service at West Elm and Ryder (delivery company) for 9+ hours to no avail. Most recently, my delivery window was on July 7th 10am-noon. No one showed. I'm at a loss. When you call customer service you will hear. "we are experiencing longer that usual call times..." BS! Long hold times are normal all the time. PBK has the worse customer service assistance. Months of not helping to resolve a problem with a canopy bed order. Ill never purchase anything from pottery barn kids or pottery barn again.

Don’t ever buy products from Rejuvenation. They use a bait and switch tactic. Ordered three chairs on the last day of a holiday sale and the very next day they have another sale and drop the prices even more. I tried to get a price difference two days after purchase and they said sorry we can’t give you price adjustment, not part of our policy. I will never buy from this company again if they can’t price match after a certain amount of time. Use caution. Horrible policy/company. Lost a customer forever and I will forward to ... read more

horrible. I've had issues spanning back two years with WestElm. It would take me hours to write them all out. Long story short - to make up for the issues from 2018 they sent me gift cards. They had to resend the gift cards four times because they continually forgot to activate them before sending - it took me until this year (2020) to actually get all of the cards I was owed. We ordered their overpriced macaron cookies ($40 on Williams Sonoma website and about $6-$8 at Trader Joes...). It has been 2 MONTHS and the order has not been fulfilled, it can not be cancelled, and no refund can be issued! Basically MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN...

Highly unreliable online store. Don't count on what their website indicates for stock and don't count on their customer service to handle order related issues. I orderer a patio umbrella end of May and the delivery date the was shown was June 3rd -6th at checkout. I also ordered matching pillows and umbrella base in the same order. It is now July 6th and the umbrella has still not shipped! And I am stuck with the pillows and umbrella base which were shipped separately. PBK does not stand behind their furniture and no resolution to quality issue other than "buy a new bed.". That was after months of calls and long holds (1 1/2+.hr) . Will not purchase from this company again ??
