Oil Change I had 10:30 am appointment for oil change for my 2012 Prius and I arrived at the dealership about 15 minutes before the appointment time. I was checked in around 10:20 and was waiting in the customer area. There were many people in the customer area and people were keep coming in for service. After waiting about an hour and 40 minutes and asked the rep what happened to my car because people arrived later than me left already and the customer area was almost empty. I bought my 2016 RAV4 there yesterday.....the staff @Reinhardt were Fantastic! Bill Ross was our salesman and he did a superb job and Glen the manager was Fabulous and the finance Manager was very professional and walked us thru everything!!!! No games! We were in and out with in an hour and a half. That was the most pleasant and professional car buying experience I have ever had. We will never go anywhere else. We will only buy from Reinhardt Toyota! You are the Beat in my book!
I worked with the used car Team and Earl was excellent. I lived 200 miles away and we made a great deal. When I got there they had it all set up and I was in and out of the dealership in an hour to include a nice test drive. If you want a great car buying experience this is the place.
