It was a good experience, but after seeing the car we decided we wanted to shop for a 2020 vehicle with a better color and more options.
Tim Layton, Billy Raley and Bob Blue were great to work with throughout the purchasing process of my new 2020 Toyota Tacoma. All of the staff I encountered were very helpful and friendly. No one was at all pushy and they we’re very patient and professional with me as a cautious and new customer. I highly recommend the Reinhardt team and again, I highly recommend Tim Layton on the sales team.
The worst experience ever I’ll never get another car from here never ever
Treiwan Williams was a great salesman. He didn’t force me to purchase a car but gave me my options and let me know that it’s okay if I didn’t like any of the options provided. He worked well with me to get the car that I had been speaking with him about (2020 Camry SE) and even helped to entertain my little man while I was meeting with the finance department.
