Lemon lot tactics. Lemon lot tactics. They add 7-10 grand after MSRP "dealer charge" for new vehicles. Call a surrounding area Toyota Dealer to avoid this absurdity. And don't leave me one of your absurd responses about how you pride yourself on customer service and to contact you. Contact who?... we already talked to everyone there. After reading the 1-star reviews, ya'll been doing this for a while and are scammers.

Said it would take 1 1/2 hours, maybe 2 took well over 3 hours. Told me it would cost about $719, was closer to $900. Every time I take a vehicle for oil change, etc they tell me I need numerous other things fixed on a 2 year old car.

yes we had a very good experience with this dealership recently. we purchased a 2020 Camry XLE this month. our sales rep. Maggie, comes highly recommended, very personable. our whole experience from test driving to trading in my 2011 Avalon went smoothly and finalizing the financial plan with Tyler was all in all a very good experience. I recently purchased a 2018 Highlander and I have been to Toyota MULTIPLE times for issues. The same issues that the previous owner had and I was not made aware of. I was also told the car had a clean car fax and I find out later it does not.
