Automotive Service routine maintenance or any repairs. I question the competence and integrity of the service department. On,8/30/2019 at 8:15am, I took my car in for routine maintenance (a tire rotation and oil change). My car was checked in at 8:30am and they did not finish until 2:30pm. 6 hours wait time for routine maintenance service. The service department never made an attempt to explain they disregarded my presence and only began working on my car when I inquired about the status of my car. Reinhardt could improve by having your parts ready when it's time for your appointment , definitely not a good experience with them. They had my truck from 8am to 4pm and nothing was fixed/replaced, made me late to work for nothing!
Recommendeddefinitely have always been a reinsert toyota customer my parents were very pleased with them and i just purchased a 2019 rav 4 limited and very pleased with it

I reluctantly recommend it because their waiting area is improved since 2011 and more comfortable. I had my 2009 Prius repaired and had to bring it back 3 days later because their was air in the line and warning lights and alarms were going off. They fixed that in about 3 hours. People were nice.
