My experience was HORRIBLE. I purchased a vehicle from the used car lot across the street and was assured that I had a warranty on my tires but the warranty wasn’t properly explained. When my tire blew I immediately took it to the service center here where I waited for 3 hours just to be told “they weren’t sure if they could get to my car today” “They weren’t sure if they had a tire to fit it” and then that the tire wasn’t covered under warranty because they believe the blow out came from the car being out of line. After six great years with my 2013 Prius IV, Reinhardt made possible a trade for the only vehicle that I would have traded for...a Prius Prime Advanced. I felt I didn’t have much of a shot at getting one. I've waited and watched and searched for several months without any luck. When I saw that Reinhardt had one, I spoke to Kendric by phone, and he took care of everything. The experience with everyone at Reinhardt couldn’t have been better. Thanks especially to Kendric for his professionalism and dedication.
Earl and Mike are the greatest, very professional and respectful. Test drove the car, worked out a deal, did not have to wait around long. They detailed "my" new used car for me and filled it up with gas! Would highly recommend Reinhardt Toyota and would shop there again.
