I reluctantly recommend it because their waiting area is improved since 2011 and more comfortable. I had my 2009 Prius repaired and had to bring it back 3 days later because their was air in the line and warning lights and alarms were going off. They fixed that in about 3 hours. People were nice.

My experience was HORRIBLE. I purchased a vehicle from the used car lot across the street and was assured that I had a warranty on my tires but the warranty wasn’t properly explained. When my tire blew I immediately took it to the service center here where I waited for 3 hours just to be told “they weren’t sure if they could get to my car today” “They weren’t sure if they had a tire to fit it” and then that the tire wasn’t covered under warranty because they believe the blow out came from the car being out of line.
