Made a call they said the service department was open until 530 showed up at 4:30 sat there for 15 minutes for someone to come out there and tell me that his service department guy had already went home
In late August 2016, I was seeking for a brand new vehicle since my 2015 Corolla got hit and was deemed a total loss. I went to the Toyota Lot in Montgomery, AL and was just searching until I met a sales associate named Hal Newman. He was very polite, warm, and friendly. I like his charisma. Went buy my 1st brand new vehicle. They would not work w/ me AT ALL; no haggling no nothing. Said all they could do was $1400 off a freaking $40,000 car! Did I mention I was putting $5000 down and have probably one of the highest credit scores they've ever seen? My dad has walked out several times b/c of this too. Went to another Toyota dealership near by, got the exact same vehicle and they came down $5,000 on the price. Reindhart Toyota is stingy. Hope your happy you lost a big sale. Got there for my oil change around 9:25 am. Appt was at 9:30. Service guy said it could take an hour but prepare for 1 1/2 hr because they were pretty booked. There were several cars in both lines at that time ahead of me. To my surprise, they came & got me at 10:10 I believe and had also given me a free tire rotation as well which both were in warranty. Very pleased with the service & everyone was very friendly. �
