Bought a truck & was owed running boards. Waited a week and a half for an appointment to get them put on. Took off work for the afternoon. Waited a hour and a half to be told chrome were ordered instead of black. My salesman said that's the 3rd time lately parts had screwed up an order. Wish I would have bought truck somewhere else to avoid this part/service Dept!
Fun fact. If you have to get a part for your Prius. They might tell you it'll take two weeks to come in and then call you after two weeks have passed to tell you it's actually going to be maybe three weeks. They're not sure.
