Prepare to pet, feed and photograph both adult and baby reindeer at Anchorage's fascinating Reindeer Farm. Gentle and tame, these "deer" are accustomed to visitors and are very friendly. Owner Tom Williams actually grew up on this beautiful farm and transformed it from a dairy farm to a reindeer wonderland in the late 1980s. Today, visitors can also marvel at elk and bison, and can go on a horseback ride up up the nearby Butte.

Me and my family were back at the farm yesterday for a horseride and it was just as fun and beautiful as two years ago when we did it last time. Such a nice place with beautiful nature, animals and people� Give Annie a kiss from me!�
We LOVED the Williams Reindeer Farm! We had a larger group visit the farm and do a trail horse ride, and fun was had by everyone! While half our group did a trail horse ride, the other half did the farm tour and then we switched. Highly recommend heading to the Williams Reindeer Farm! You get to feed the reindeer, pet a moose and see the elk VERY close-up. The views from the horse ride were spectacular!!!
