Prepare to pet, feed and photograph both adult and baby reindeer at Anchorage's fascinating Reindeer Farm. Gentle and tame, these "deer" are accustomed to visitors and are very friendly. Owner Tom Williams actually grew up on this beautiful farm and transformed it from a dairy farm to a reindeer wonderland in the late 1980s. Today, visitors can also marvel at elk and bison, and can go on a horseback ride up up the nearby Butte.

Went to the reindeer farm yesterday with my sons preschool and had the most amazing time! Everything was very organized and coordinated well. They also had the best Santa ever! He was very realistic looking and very sweet. Best day ever! — with Bryan Trombley.

We just completed Christmas pictures with Frozen Moments Photography and Williams Reindeer Farm. Santa & team were INCREDIBLE! They went above and beyond to try and get great pictures with my two littles, who weren't cooperating in the least. 😂 Thank you all for being wonderful!
