I was disappointed with the service and advice I seeked a second opinion. My suspicions were confirmed. Awful advice and a very dishonest assessment of my teeth. Fillings which were not necessary and recommendations for an implant that would be problematic. They did offer a refund for the appointment but I would stay clear of this place.
Recently moved in Reigate. Came for a simple cleaning but as it was my first time there I had to do a check up. I knew I was ok as my previous dentist had fixed everything a few months before. However this dentist found 3 things to be fixed for each £150 (one of them being a decay that has been fixed before). They made it feel urgent and important which for me was a red flag. I went to Reigate Smiles for a 2nd opinion after smashing 3 of my front teeth after an accident. Another dentist had already told me my centre front tooth needed to be extracted, but Dr Soby was confident he could save it even though the tooth had split in half. The next day he spent around 2.5 hours repairing the damage, saving the tooth, bonding it and fixing the other two teeth as well. He even stayed in on his afternoon off to make sure it could be done. Have been there for routine visits for a while now and can only recommend them! The staff are all lovely, patient and helpful. I've always been able to get an appointment quickly and easily and love that you can book them online, it's amazing service that they call you a day before to remind you of your appointment. The practice is clean and tidy. Dr Beal has always been nice and treated my teeth with great care, have never felt they're trying to sell you unnecessary work etc. All in all very happy and will definitely be bac... read more
