Joining RLJ 6 years ago as a Beginner was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have met the most amazing group of ladies, made new friends and got a whole lot fitter. We have a good chat and a laugh as we run come rain or shine! Thank you Emma and RLJ xx
Really lovely sociable and supportive group runs - caters for everyone from walkers, absolute beginner runners up to experienced and longer distance runners. Personally I think the weekend trail runs are the best!
I started off with the beginners group in September and have carried on because it has been an inclusive group of ladies. I am probably one of the slowest yet this has never been a problem for the coaches. I have never been left behind. If you think you cant do it, they will absolutely get you there
