Originally I was very impressed by the pre consultation and care shown by Heather. I had Botox which was ok and my 2nd treatment was Lumi eye which has left me with appalling and visibly large bags. Heather initially gave me support on this and offered an eye cream which was pointless as the damage was so severe. She then told me to contact my GP and I never heard anything else from her.
