The staff and the doctor were definitely very pleasant people. Would refer them to anybody.
Our appointment with Regional Eyecare Winghaven was excellent! My husband has dementia and when I scheduled the appointment I asked if that could be a problem. I was told they would do everything they could to accommodate him. They certainly did that! We talked to Sondra first, she was very patient and took her time to make my husband feel comfortable. Great experience today 2-6-26 at Regional Eye Care. The staff person who setup my appointment on the phone was very helpful and pleasant. Once in the office I appreciated how they used a tablet to gather all of the information conveniently. That makes it fast and easy. The office was clean and updated with a positive atmosphere. Let a dreadful eye issue go on too long trying otc but to no avail. Dr Martin at Winghaven was able to see me quickly and solved the problem. So thankful!
