Please please if you value your jewellery do not take to the lad in this shop. Took my smokey quartz ring in to be re sized & when I went to collect he handed it back without any hesitation despite the fact the quartz was completely shattered & he hadn't even realised. Even had the cheek to say he would send away & get new quartz put in (at my cost!), but he wouldn't charge me postage to send it off! Luckily the older gentleman was there & acknowledged the damage
Went into Regent Jewellers on Saturday 17th of May after disappointingly coming straight from The Goldmarket Jewellers just around the corner from Regent. The guy in Goldmarket was not customer friendly and said he could not fix my gold curb chain until Wednesday which was not ideal because I live in Gloucester. Regent jewellers could not of been more helpful and the chain was fixed and collected within 2 hours, plus they cleaned it for me free of charge. Thank you Regent.
