Moved to the area recently and left the gym group for Regen and I’m loving it. Clean, air con is great, everything I need and rarely ‘too busy’. The spin classes are my fave and the staff have been helpful and friendly.
I didn't catch the lady on reception when I came to visit yesterday but she was delightful, helpful and really gave me a great introduction to the business I can't wait to gym more! :)
I recently joined Regen Gym. I’ve attended two ‘Legs Bums and Tums’ classes with Jamal. I’ve found his classes to be a great work out. He provides clear instructions with alternative exercises where appropriate. Would definitely recommend attending this class.
If you want a great Spin class, then this is the one to be involved in , full of enthusiasm, speed, power, co-ordination, great sounds, great instructor who will push you to your limits, no pain, no gain. You will feel better afterwards
