Other then waiting over a month for a charger for our new EV6. Everyone has done a great job. Greg has gone way over to try and help us. Today Greg went to work early so he could pick up our car and take it to Kia to charge it for us while we were at work. Best salesman we have ever worked with. Even had the car washed and shined it up. Kelsey in service is awesome as always.

Excellent service where the staff knows me. I've been a Regal Kia customer for 7 years and could not imagine dealing with any other dealership. The reasons behind this 5 star rating are too numerous to list. I've dealt with sales, finance and service and everyone I've dealt with has been outstanding.

Kelsey was amazing from start to finish. She was informative and told me exactly what was going on. They did the oil change and recall in les time than I expected. We will keep coming back all the way from winter garden.
