Every time I come here the customer service is terrible. An hour and an a half wait for a simple oil change and I had an appointment! No one greeted me, I had to find someone to help me.

We apologize that the customer service was not up to standard, your feedback will help us with improving. Sometimes the complimentary car wash will cause delays in service, you can always check with your advisor and opt out if you are pressed for time.
Busy place. Has snacks, water, and coffee for guests. No new inventory.bought mine there.
