Need it a pairs of tires and alignment Last minutes and Kesley help me get it done in last y minute call. The tooke care us and inspect the car and got the job done in a 1.5hr. Thank you guys

Service advisor Misty was nice, but the price markup on parts was ridiculous. We've been long time Regal customers but once we're done with the Optima and Telluride that we currently have, it is very unlikely that we would return and we certainly would not recommend them. We have purchased at least 4 vehicles from Regal in the past.

Had an appointment set up for a alignment at 10am, I arrived at 9:40 and was told it would only be an hour and i waited 3 hours in the lobby.

Excellent service where the staff knows me. I've been a Regal Kia customer for 7 years and could not imagine dealing with any other dealership.
