I believe the Service Adviser provided the wrong info about a part I was requesting to have serviced. The part that should have been serviced was noticed by the Technician and handled in a manner that doesn't seem professional. Nor was anything said to me about it. Since the work was done, I've left the Service Manager 2 messages to speak further on the matter and have not received a response back.

The service tech was very kind, attentive, and helpful. My car was finished within about an hour (much less time that I thought because I didn't have an appointment) and he offered a free car wash which I had forgotten was available.
