You told me to bring in my van. Another shop checked it out and said it needed a part covered under warranty. You said towing would be covered. Now you can’t find anything wrong with it and I’ve been without a car for almost 2 weeks. No one calls when they say they’ll call back. This is why in the 8 years of having my car I’ve never brought it to you. Still waiting to hear a resolution. Terrible.

Jennifer, we are in the business of repairing vehicles but if we cannot duplicate a problem, we cannot submit it to the warranty company. It was explained that if the other shop was correct and it was covered under warranty the tow bill would be covered, unfortunately it didn't not work out like that.
He was Very knowledgeable about my vehicle and gave me a great options at a great price

The service tech was very kind, attentive, and helpful. My car was finished within about an hour (much less time that I thought because I didn't have an appointment) and he offered a free car wash which I had forgotten was available.
