Since September 2019 I have been pleased on through 2020 and on after. Everyone is very welcoming inside and the dealership has a very pleasant waiting room with just about all you can ask for. It is very comfortable inside and out. I am always happy with the time frame given for service and usually they get the work done sooner than even told, so that's a plus! They are there for you. Chris was awesome and did everything he could to get the repairs done as quickly as possible. This was not an easy task due to supply chain issues. Always will utilize Regal service for all vehicles.
