Excellent service, Kelsey, my Customer Service Rep, took care of what was needed. Service completed faster than expected. Would recommend the service department to anyone. .

I do not like the service department. For one thing it takes some two hours to do a simple oil change, they don’t vacuum, and the part they do wash is not clean. There’s no customer service skills applied. I have to walk up to the desk and ask for help. I’m not buying another kid for that reason

They actually listened to the needs not wants and kept me on time limit which is what I needed

The service department is great. Organized & friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. So far I've only gone in for a recall on my car but with the efficiency at which the work was completed I'll definitely be back for maintenance.
