Re-fix hanging mirror Being first time user of the service dept,I was greeted immediately and my problem handled t.o my satisfaction. As it would take several hours to fix they had a shuttle take me home and pick me up later in the day to retun. me to the desler ship to pick up my car?
Full service I took a car I inherited in to have it looked at and see what it needed worked on as I was sure my parents hadn’t done anything more than change the oil. Mind you, this is a 16 year old car and I figured it was going to cost me a fortune to get it “fixed up”. Well it wasn’t cheap, but it was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Not only that, they did the work quickly and kept me informed along the way. Jorge was my service advisor and he was very friendly and took car of me from start to finish.

tire not checked. I had my ecoblock reapplied last week (excellent job) at Kia and I noticed my right front tire was low and asked the advisor to check it. I waited for the service and when it was complete I asked if the tire had been checked and he told me it was and air had been supplied. On my way (I had another appointment or I would have returned) I checked the driver info and noticed the tire had the same setting as when I brought it in. I was very disappointed as I travel to your dealer from Winter Haven.

Top of the Line experience Just want to shout out Kelsi and team for their accommodating me on such short notice. I had a blow out on monday after a vacation and when I called they were able to rearrange their schedule and fit me in so quickly that I didnt miss work or my obligations.
