Great Service & Efficiency This Bartow Highway Regal Chevrolet service center is the best. My service advisor, Jessica Torres, is always so considerate and thorough when service is needed. I recently had an issue that needed to be addressed as I was leaving town. She got it examined and a fix determined when I just drove in for service, without an appointment. Super folks, highly recommended.
Friendly Service Lakeland Regal is a professionally run business. They care about their customers and it shows. I not only was given chocolates at check out, but on occasion received a hug.

Great Tracey was wonderful, very welcoming, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He brought us cold water, and snacks. The only problem was, we had to go back several different days to get all the papers signed. We are thrilled with our 2020 Kia Soul!
Fantastic. Great friendly service Jarrett helped me through the whole severce set up and introduced me to Big Mike the mechanic and explained in detail what the cause of my problem and repairwd in a profssional mannor.
Repair brake ABS fault. Significantly more expensive than taking to an auto repair shop. $2800 when it should have cost just over half that. Regal did fix the fault, but damaged some parts during the brake job and repair which had to be replaced at my cost. My wife was pleased so I accepted the cost as it gave her confidence in the vehicle. Service Writer Jarrett Schrom did an excellent job communicating with my wife keeping her appraised of the status of the repairs.
