Awesome. Service was great. Especially from service technician and service rep. Especially since I didn't have to pay for the work. Better to take my vehicle here than somewhere else. Jorge is always friendly and professional.
Purchase off of lease We decided to purchase our leased Sorento and chose to use Deon who was our salesman when we leased. He was fantastic and the purchase was easy and great finance person was very helpful.
Fantastic. Great friendly service Jarrett helped me through the whole severce set up and introduced me to Big Mike the mechanic and explained in detail what the cause of my problem and repairwd in a profssional mannor.
Great Tracey was wonderful, very welcoming, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. He brought us cold water, and snacks. The only problem was, we had to go back several different days to get all the papers signed. We are thrilled with our 2020 Kia Soul!
Friendly Service Lakeland Regal is a professionally run business. They care about their customers and it shows. I not only was given chocolates at check out, but on occasion received a hug.
