Jeff has a really great sense of humor and he is friendly I gave this rating because my experience was great with Jeff. He kept us informed of our vehicle every step of the way! I chose to sit and wait for my vehicle this time and I prepared for a long wait but it was definitely within reason! I have purchased a total of 5 vehicles from this same Chevy dealership. I have always been a fan and will continue to be!
Great Service & Efficiency This Bartow Highway Regal Chevrolet service center is the best. My service advisor, Jessica Torres, is always so considerate and thorough when service is needed. I recently had an issue that needed to be addressed as I was leaving town. She got it examined and a fix determined when I just drove in for service, without an appointment. Super folks, highly recommended.

Repair brake ABS fault. Significantly more expensive than taking to an auto repair shop. $2800 when it should have cost just over half that. Regal did fix the fault, but damaged some parts during the brake job and repair which had to be replaced at my cost. My wife was pleased so I accepted the cost as it gave her confidence in the vehicle. Service Writer Jarrett Schrom did an excellent job communicating with my wife keeping her appraised of the status of the repairs.
2nd time was not a charm The first time we made a visit to Regal Kia, we were very impressed every aspect of the dealership, enough to drive away in a brand new car. This time around was the exact opposite. First lets start with the loud music being played by a DJ to no crowd... Great attention to detail, friendly service, and quick repai Adam Phillips was great to work with in getting me scheduled and welcoming me back at my appointed time. Adam and Jeremy Schull did a great job diagnosing my car's needs and recommending services. Adam even found I had some free oil changes remaining from a service contract I had purchased years earlier in Virginia that I thought were not transferrable to this dealership.
