Oil change and service! We have been coming to Regal Kia for many years, because we always had great service and friendly staff. I have the Eco service and I always get a loaner car, much appreciated! I recommend Regal Kia to everyone one, even had people thank me for the recommendation. Our grand dog Cubbie comes with us, we call him our Kia mascot. 😊😊 Keep up the great service. Ruth Vlcek

Steering Vibration Fixed my steering wheel vibration problem. Also my car is always washed and vacuumed before pickup. I recommend the service department. I also like that they will match competitor’s coupons.

Lakeland KIA is the best ! To whom it may concern: I live in Lake Wales but I enjoy the quality of service and professionalism so much at Lakeland KIA that I would prefer to drive 45 minutes to Lakeland when there is already a KIA dealership within 10 minutes of where I live ...outstanding car dealership !👍👏

Exceeded expectations Deon Box was the salesperson who worked with my wife and I to buy our 2020 KIA Soul GT. Deon is very personable and friendly. He’s easy to talk to and very helpful. James and Niko were also easy to work with. Jorge did an excellent job getting my new Soul taken care of. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. This was an outstanding experience. Thank you to the entire service department did a great job.

Very efficient check in Mario was my service guy and he was great. The only thing I get uncomfortable with is what the dealership tells the service rep to present to me when I am there as what is recommended for service based on the mileage and age of my car. What was only supposed to be a simple oil change and tire rotation at the cost of around $60.00, by the time the other items were presented to me as "needed", I would have spent over $400.00! Over charging for services I was given an estimate for suggested services. The cost to install an air filter was $49.95. It takes less than 5 minutes to install an air filter and I can buy the part for $15.00. Then it was suggested as 'other' that I replace my brake pads again. That's hilarious because I spent $600.00 to have KIA install 'lifetime guaranteed' brake pads. Now you want me to spend another $189.00 for the same thing? Your service tech is an idiot. I wanted an oil change, not a new car.

However, I am able to provide the information that an air filter at our dealership is $35.00, a Cabin Filter replacements cost $49.95, this is a totally different filter located in the glove box & depending on the model of vehicle can be a little difficult & time consuming to replace. Incomplete. Not checked over. I brought my newly purchased car to Regal’s service department because the antenna was leaking causing the floorboard to get wet (mainly noticed after running it through the car wash). I was told that the service team would clean my floorboards since they were super sticky from the soap leaking in from the car wash. Also when I purchased the car, it had some stains on the hood that forgot to be removed so I asked if I could get that done while my car was there. The service department kept my car... read more
