After a year of getting the run around at other "dealers" I thought id try Regal Kia before I gave up. Spaso Gavric met me as soon as I began looking at my car and while normally I would get frustrated when im only trying to look, he approached with an awesome demeanor and to the point professionalism! It took maybe an hour and I was able to FINALLY get the car i've been in the market for!! I will definitely shop Regal Kia first next time, thanks again Spaso! Not happy with today's attempt to buy two new cars. Went to Fuccillo Kia and no get two new cars and got the price I wanted. 15 years loyal to regal. Now I'm not sure anymore

If I could give a negative review I would. They fill you with false promises of deals they can't keep, smile and laugh with you about how wonderful life will be with this new car that you find out later isn't really yours, then let weeks pass by before calling you to threaten with police coming to your door to pick your car up. It may be legal (read it in the contract latter)but it is so unethical the way they do business! I had a great experience buying from regal Kia salesman Pete. Got a great car at a good price and a wonderful warranty. This is my second car I have bought from them and I truly love my new Kia Soul. Everyone was so helpful. I would highly recommend Regal Kia to anyone!
