Very Pleasant Experience" I had an appointment with Sam Rager at Regal Buick in Lakeland, FL, through Costco Car Buying Service. Sam was very professional and sincere, which made my husband and I very comfortable. He showed me a 2016 Kia Sorento EX with Navigation System, which is what I wanted, but they didn't have the color I wanted, which was white. I have bought a few cars in my day, and it was the easiest and most relaxed I have ever felt buying a car. Lindsey and the internet sales team, did a great job setting up my appointment, and then the salesman Greg, did an excellent job meeting all our needs. My wife and I purchased our first ever Kia and couldn't be happier. The Sales Manager Rollins did all he could to make sure we were taken care of and got the absolute best deal we could get. I've got say, we were not planning on buying a Kia at all and we stopped in on a whim. But I am glad we pulled in there. Great experience the whole time we were there. Thanks Rollins and Regal Kia, we are very pleased with our new Sorento!!
