Dont get any svc done here the detail department kept my car all day to later let me they would not due my service on the kia i purchased with them i have been loyal and sent ppl to them many times and they refused to clean my car. I know it was very dirty but you got my car at 9:30am it is almost 3 now and u just now let me know this. I see alot of ppl doing hair i will not recommend them in the future.
I have a Kia Rio, my third one. Yesterday I took my friend to get her first one. The service at Regal Kia in Lakeland was like nothing I have ever seen. Dana & Jennifer Dennis-James were way above great. Everyone we came in contact with were so helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a different car. Great service AND a great car...How could a person ask for more..Thank you to everyone there!
