When we purchase our 2016 Kia Serento we bought a 2 year package deal in the deal it included free windshield wipers replacement. Today I took the car in for a oil change and to get my wipers replaced. The guy tells me that the wipers replacement wasn't included. Imagine how that made me feel. I can't stand to be played for a fool.
Order a towing harness waited 2 days and parts ordered wrong one. Mgmt was rude and did nothing to fix their mistake.
This is the most phenomenal dealership. I went there yesterday to get my Kia Soul serviced for it 15,000 checkup. They brought it to my attention I had a crack in my windshield which I thought was a dead bug all this time. I had the windshield replaced (no charge) the next day. I always feel special when I go there and they go out of their way to make sure I am always satisfied♡

I have a problem, the car wash is a touch car wash, it will put lines in you're paint like it has in my. 2017 Kia Sorento ES i went yesterday to the dealership to have them buff that paint, and guess what it didn't work. So know they are deciding what they're going to do next (p.s) you shouldn't never put you're vehicle into a touch car wash!!!!!!
