Update: Regal is fixing my car, covering all costs also. The salesmen are like vultures! Well most of them. However the service department is VERY non customer service oriented! I picked up my used car less than 3 days ago, upon going back to give more paperwork and sign new forms my light came on! I was sent to service and they wanted to charge $88 just to look at it PLUS repairs. HELLO JUST GOT IT!

The service was great and the staff was friendly. They worked with us right before the holidays and even called us back the next day to make sure we got the best deal possible on the exact car I wanted. I noticed a small scratch in the clear coat and they scheduled a time for me to bring it in, gave me a brand new car to drive while mine was being taken care of and returned mine faster than expected with a fresh wash and full tank of gas. I absolutely love my car and am looking forward to driving it for a long time!
