Over 2 hrs to get a new key fob programed and it still doesn't work 100 % of the time

I purchased a Black 2016 Toyota Tundra on 11/11/17, Picked up the vehicle on 11/15/17 after waiting for agreed services & accessories to be completed. They came to bat and swung a good bat for my son who was looking for a car. Had him approved, had the car 4 days and they called and bank wanted another copy of SS card or they can't approve. Was approved and papers signed and emailed. This is BS! getting duplicate but being harrassed big time. Big disappointment
Frankie Hollywood was my salesman. I had a great time and made my buying experience great. easy and understandable when it came to financing.
